"My experiences and limited interactions with this office and company have not been ideal, at best. But to be spoken to rudely and condescendingly over a valid issue, demonstrates a sheer lack of professionalism. What ultimately pushed me to write this review was being told, “Go ahead and sit down. I’d help you, but I’m too busy billing.” Clearly, customers are not valued st this office."
